Do-Rite Inspections has to keep current, with State of Florida laws become licensed in both Home Inspections, and Air Quality Testing. With over 4000 home inspectors in the state Do-Rite obtained their licenses in the first 10 percent. Having been in business more than ten years and having completed over two thousand inspections, we take our chosen profession very seriously. This is not a hobby industry for us, continuing education, classes, on line and personal are only part of our dedication to our vocation.
As a member of the Better Business Buereau, Naples Area Board of Realtors, Inter-Nachi, Pro-Lab Partners, and many other organizations, we strive to promote reasonable, concise, personal inspections for buyers, sellers, realtors, and insurance companies.
We currently hold Dept. of Health certification for radon testing and are currently seeking Wood Destroying Organisms Licenses from the FL. Dept. of Agriculture. Until that time we offer this service through an independent contractor.
In addition to home inspections, mold testing, and radon, we also offer wind mitigation, 4 point, and roof certifications insurance inspections.

Indoor Air Quality Testing
Indoor Air Quality testing is based on one sterile sampling of indoor air, and a control sample of outside air, these samples are then sent to an accredited lab for processing, reports are then returned (usually with-in two business days) indicating if there is an elevated amount of spore inside, as opposed to outside. Depending on the size, number of air-conditioned zones, additional sampling may be needed. Swab (direct contact), carpet, or bulk sampling is also available.
